Refund Policy

At Mojo Max Marketing, we stand behind the quality of our digital marketing, SEO, development, and consultation services. Because our work involves custom strategy, specialized technical resources, human labor, and intellectual property, we have established a clear and transparent Refund Policy to govern our client engagements.

1. Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly retainer services (such as SEO, Paid Search Ads management, Social Media Management, and Link Building campaigns) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle.

  • Non-Refundable: All retainer fees paid are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. These fees compensate our agency for dedicated time, ongoing campaign monitoring, content writing, and link acquisition.
  • Unused Allocation: If you choose to pause campaigns mid-month, we can suspend ad execution, but retainer fees for that billing cycle will not be refunded.

2. Web Design and Next.js Development

Custom web design, logo branding, and development projects are managed under structured milestone-based payments.

  • Initial Deposit: The initial setup deposit or kickoff fee is non-refundable once design research or codebase planning has commenced.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments issued upon approval of specific project phases (e.g. wireframes approved, homepage design signoff, alpha release) are non-refundable once you sign off on that stage and work on the subsequent phase begins.
  • Project Cancellations: If you cancel a development project mid-way, you will be billed for the hours logged or milestones completed up to the date of written cancellation notice.

3. Third-Party Costs & Ad Spend

Under no circumstances does Mojo Max Marketing issue refunds for third-party disbursements, which include:

  • Ad budgets paid directly to networks like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Subscription charges for third-party plugins, server hosting providers, API endpoints, or domain registration companies.

4. Client Dissatisfaction & Resolution

Your satisfaction is our primary metric. If you believe our deliverables do not align with the criteria set forth in your signed Scope of Work (SOW):

  1. Please submit a detailed written complaint to your account manager explaining the discrepancy.
  2. We will review the request and, where appropriate, schedule revision cycles or allocate additional resources to align the output with your expectations.

5. Retainer Cancellations

To cancel or modify a recurring retainer, you must provide written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the invoice date will be billed for the upcoming month, and campaigns will run through that period.
