Welcome to Mojo Max Marketing. By accessing our website or engaging our digital marketing, web development, SEO, backlinks, and paid advertising services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Mojo Max Marketing provides digital marketing consulting, web application development (including Next.js frameworks), SEO optimization, link acquisition, paid ads management, and branding services. The specific deliverables, milestones, and timelines for your business will be detailed separately in a signed **Service Agreement** or **Scope of Work (SOW)**.

2. Retainers, Payments, and Fees

Engaging Mojo Max Marketing entails the following financial terms:

• Invoicing: Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Project-based work is billed according to agreed-upon milestones (e.g. initial deposit, design signoff, deployment).
• Late Payments: Payments are due within seven (7) days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of campaigns or developmental work.
• Media Budget: All ad spend budgets (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) are paid directly to the advertising networks by the client or funded in advance. Mojo Max service fees represent management fees only.

3. Access & Client Cooperation

To execute services effectively, you must provide us with timely access to necessary systems (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, advertising profiles, hosting panels, CMS interfaces). Mojo Max Marketing is not liable for delayed deliverables resulting from a lack of client cooperation or failure to provide credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom web design files, Next.js code repositories, creative copy, graphics, and reports built specifically for you belong to you. We retain ownership of proprietary tools, marketing frameworks, and code libraries developed prior to or independently of this agreement.

5. Disclaimer & Warranties

While we utilize data-backed strategy, high-speed code, and white-hat SEO practices to maximize conversions:

• We cannot guarantee specific ranking positions on Google or immediate lead/revenue quantities, as search engine algorithms and competitive landscapes change dynamically.
• We are not responsible for fluctuations in performance due to advertising network policy changes, server outages, or third-party plugins.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mojo Max Marketing's total liability for any claims arising out of our engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client to us in the three (3) months preceding the incident. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of profits or server downtime).

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a monthly retainer agreement by providing thirty (30) days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying all outstanding fees for work performed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in **Hyderabad, Telangana, India**.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated modification date.
